Notice to Shareholders
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the shareholders of Cerro Dorado, Inc. (the “Company”), a Nevada Corporation, will take place at 2:00 PM on Sunday February 24, 2008 at the Orleans Hotel and Casino, 4500 West Tropicana Avenue, Las Vegas, NV 89103.
Formal notices will follow.
Only registered shareholders or proxy holders will be entitled to vote.
February 1, 2008 has been determined as the record date for stockholders entitled for notice of, and to vote at, the meeting.

From airport, take Swenson Street north to Tropicana Avenue. Turn left and head west, crossing Paradise Road, Las Vegas Boulevard South (the Strip), the Interstate 15 overpass, continuing west approximately 2 miles until you reach The Orleans on the northwest corner of West Tropicana Avenue and Arville Road.
From California, continue on Interstate 15 north until you reach the Tropicana Avenue exit. As you exit, turn left (west). Cross over the I-15 overpass. Continue west less than 2 miles. The Orleans will be on your right at Tropicana Avenue and Arville Road.
