Dear Shareholders,
Our negotiators have been very busy negotiating specifics relative to a potential Joint Venture for purposes of developing our property’s resources. Numerous trips to the property, careful inspection of documents, meetings with principal representatives and government officials have created a busy but projected productive outcome.
There are several entities that are cordially being greeted but the greatest effort is being concentrated in successfully concluding a deal that would be advantageous for Cerro Dorado in the short run and for long term development of the properties with an already identified entity.

We are studying potential opportunities for company growth that can be presented at a later date to shareholders including both mining and energy, which will provide possible short term and long term profit potential for the company.
