SHAREHOLDER UPDATE

Dear Shareholders:

This is an update on the total current number of claims held by Cerro Dorado, Inc. in Chile:

The original claim held was 270 hectacres. Recently we have purchased an additional 1170 hectacres with the following claims: Fortuna, Colihues, Antonio and Columbo. The total number of claims now covers a total of 1440 hectacres.

There are an additional number of claims available to us, which we are hopeful of obtaining. They are Colombo I, II, III and IV which border our present property on the north. Management is at this time involved in due diligence on this additional property.
