SHAREHOLDER UPDATE

Dear Shareholders:
Company Management has undertaken a goal of producing detailed claims mapping of each of Cerro Dorado, Inc. holdings. Throughout the past several weeks Management mandated that the Company Geologist compile the necessary data contained in official Chilean mining claim(s) recordation in order to complete an accurate, current and fully updated claims map. The results of the claims mapping will be posted on the Company website by February 23, 2007.
We are being advised by several potential joint venture partners that the assay laboratories in Chile are egregiously behind schedule. It should be noted that of those assay results received by parties interested in Medinah's properties, each has contained highly encouraging defined mineral alterations.
Testing and examination of the newly claimed areas, adjacent to the present Company holdings, have been started by our geologists. We will present a summary report of their activities with our update on February 23, 2007.
Our associate, Juan Jose Quijano-Fernadez, is diligently, on a daily basis, conducting ongoing data presentations, property examinations, meetings and negotiations with the officials of each of the potential joint venture partners.
