William Hoffman - (Chairman of the Board & Director)
William Hoffman is a retired Los Angeles County Fireman having served for 33 years, 21 of which was served in the rank of Captain. He was also a licensed real estate broker in the State of California for approximately 10 years raising private venture capital for partnerships, trusts and corporations involving a variety of enterprises including real estate, mining and agriculture.
Richard Cahoon - (President & Director)
Richard Cahoon is a graduate of the University of Utah with a B. S. Degree and a M. S. Degree in Administration. A long time resident of Utah, Mr. Cahoon has managed several limited liability companies and various real estate investments.

Twenty-five years of geological experience in economic and environmental geology. His economic geology experience includes exploration for precious, semi-precious metals, base metals and industrial minerals with the use of geochemistry, mineralogy, geophysics, structural geology, hydro geology and geomorphology expertise. This experience includes working in many areas of the western United States, South and Central America. Project phases have ranged from exploration planning through reserve drilling and mine planning.
Recently supervised an 11,000 ft. core drilling, precious metal and porphyry copper exploration program from initiation to completion at sites in Nevada and Utah.
Supervised drilling program for phosphate ore reserve verification in eastern Utah.
Participated in verification drilling and sampling of precious and base metal deposits. One such project was one of the world's largest open pit silver-lead-zinc properties at San Cristobal, Bolivia.
Project Geologist for several projects in Central America.
